Refunds and Exchanges Policy
RETURNS and EXCHANGES ---- Please be aware that we use third party providers/companies that create the actual items. In saying that, we do not actually make/produce the items. All designs are created by us and then sent to the company/companies to transfer them to the product/item that you have purchased. We do our very best to only sell top quality products, but occasionally mistakes will happen in the production of those items. If that is the case, please read on.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please do the following:
- Take a photo or photos of the item/design that is in question
- Include the photo(s) on an email and send to the following email address: support@mythicaluniversity.com
We will review the email and replace the item upon inspection of the photo(s). You will receive a follow-up email from us explaining our decision.
We are committed to providing quality products at reasonable prices. Your feedback helps us to be able to do this.
